陈鸿哲，1992年2月出生，海南省陵水县人。取得了中央财经大学法学学士学位。于2013年参加工作，已审结超过1500宗案件。现任三亚市城郊人民法院立案庭副庭长、四级法官。

Chen Hongzhe

Judge Chen was born in February 1992 in Lingshui, Hainan province. He received his Bachelor of Law from Central University of Finance and Economics. He began his law career in 2013, and since then, he has tried and concluded more than 1500 cases. He is now the deputy chief of the case filing tribunal. Judge of the fouth rank, Sanya Suburban People’s Court.
